Packaging Materials
Moving home in London can be exciting, but anyone who has moved before knows that packing is one of the important parts involved. Whether you are moving from one property to another within a town, to another part of London, moving your belongings into storage facility, or shipping items across the UK, good packaging is essential for protecting your possessions from damage, dust, moisture, scratches and movement during handling and transporting from one to another place.
The secret of successful packing is not simply putting everything into a box and sealing it. It is important to choose the right packaging material for the right item for this purpose.
Strong double wall removal boxes of different sizes, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, protective covers, quality tape and specialist packer can make the difference between a safe & smooth move and damaged belongings at the end.
Professional removals guidance consistently recommends using suitable purpose made, good-quality packing material and choosing different packaging according to the size, weight, shape and fragility of the item.
At GetGreen Moves, we understand that every move is different and its packing requirements are different. That is why we provide good quality, eco-conscious packaging materials in any quantity, as well as convenient packaging kits designed for different property sizes.
Why Is Packaging So Important When Moving Home?
During a move, your belongings may be lifted, carried, stacked, loaded into a removal van, unloaded and carried again into your new property or storage.
Items can remain for a long time in storage, where protection from dust, moisture and accidental contact is important.
